Heavy Metal Fabrication
We specialize in high-precision light and heavy fabrication of industrial structures and assemblies. Our processes include cutting, bending, welding, and assembling heavy-gauge steel components, executed with high-end automated systems and rigorous quality control to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance reliability.
Hot Dip Galvanizing
To protect steel structures from corrosion and extend their service life, we provide in-house hot dip galvanizing. This involves chemical pre-treatment followed by immersion in molten zinc at approximately 450°C, resulting in a strong metallurgical bond. Our plant is capable of handling large components and adheres strictly to international standards like ASTM A123, ensuring consistent coating, smooth finishes, and long-term durability.
Precision CNC & VNC Turning
Our machining division is equipped with advanced CNC and VNC turning centers that offer high-accuracy machining for parts up to 1,200 mm in diameter and 3,000 mm in length. With tight tolerance control and superior surface finishes, our setup supports both custom and batch production — ideal for critical applications across multiple industries.
